1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dewa90 ("dewa90," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dewa90.club. These Terms apply to all services, games, features, and content made available through the dewa90 platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on dewa90, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the dewa90 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Real-money gaming in the Philippines is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dewa90 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the dewa90 platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on dewa90 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify dewa90 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Dewa90 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dewa90 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Dewa90 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your dewa90 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Dewa90 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Dewa90 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification.
• Dewa90 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the dewa90 account.
• Dewa90 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the dewa90 wallet section.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Dewa90 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Dewa90 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Dewa90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the dewa90 platform — including but not limited to Keno, MG Live, A Night Out, Treasure Boat Fishing, Table games, and Ocean King Jackpot — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of dewa90's commercial interests.

• Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on dewa90's servers, the server record shall be the definitive result.
• Dewa90 reserves the right to void any game round or wager that is affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and subject to change in real time. Dewa90 does not guarantee any specific jackpot value at the time of play.

Dewa90 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. If you believe a game result was incorrect, you may submit a dispute to our support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewa90 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward dewa90 staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

Dewa90 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dewa90 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of dewa90 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dewa90 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the dewa90 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the platform.
• Use dewa90's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any dewa90 content.

Any unauthorised use of dewa90's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by dewa90.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa90 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond dewa90's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content or promotional materials.

Dewa90's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The dewa90 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy & Data

Dewa90 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on dewa90, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Dewa90 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal data retention policy.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

12 Suspension & Termination

Dewa90 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

You may close your dewa90 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Dewa90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dewa90 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Amended Terms take effect upon publication on the dewa90 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dewa90 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes, players must submit a formal complaint to dewa90 support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Dewa90 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.
